Test systems for the selection of pilots
EAQC Basic Qualification
The basic qualification is the cornerstone of the pilot selection process. The regulations from the EASA AMC.1.CAT.GEN.MPA.175(b) require the "cognitive abilities" to be checked during the selection process. The examination of the mental ability is carried out with us as part of the basic qualification. The challenges for employees in the cockpit are diverse, and investments in education and training are a major cost factor when managing aircraft. Poor performance in later working life costs the employer a lot of energy and money. That is why a high-quality, valid selection process is of the utmost importance. Our basic qualifications are based on the recommendations of the IATA Pilot Aptitude Testing Guide for the selection of pilots. The test systems were developed by our experts and constantly adapted to current requirements. Our test procedures go well beyond the recommendations of the IATA. All EAQC test procedures have been checked for objectivity, reliability and validity and meet all criteria for modern personnel selection.

Of course, all basic qualifications can be carried out with us in Hamburg or with connect procedures worldwide. In addition to constant quality control by our team of experts, our basic qualifications are included in the "Improved Climb" feedback project. The quality of our services can be checked at any time and is transparent. Trust the market leader in pilot selection.
